Resolute Facility Technologies creates modern software for the people who keep buildings running—bringing practical facility knowledge and thoughtful technology together.
Facility teams solve real problems every day. Their software should make that work clearer, faster, and more connected—not add friction. We build technology around the way facility professionals actually work.
Resolute is building products that help facility professionals learn, troubleshoot, document, and manage the work that keeps buildings operational.
BuildingWrench brings practical facility guides, tools, AI-assisted troubleshooting, service documentation, and QR-based asset history together in an experience built for facility professionals.

See assessments →We believe the best technology disappears into the work. Resolute products are designed to respect the experience of skilled tradespeople, support the next generation entering facilities, and give teams better information without getting in their way.
Start with the work people actually do, then design the technology around it.
Useful technology should reinforce sound judgment and responsible facility practices.
AI and automation should amplify people, not strip personality or expertise from the work.
Resolute Facility Technologies is a Tennessee technology company focused on software and digital tools for facility management, maintenance, and the skilled professionals who support the built environment.
Our goal is straightforward: create technology we would actually want to use in the field.
